Do I have to sign a year contract?
Maintenance runs season to season and you can stop with two weeks notice. Project work is a one time agreement.
Who shows up at my property?
The same two or three person crew each visit, in a marked truck and uniform. Your property manager introduces them.
What happens when it rains all week?
We still come out. Mowing may shift a day, and we swap in pruning or bed work when the grass is too wet to cut.
